Academic Qualifications
- LLM "Latin Legum Magister" or equivalent
- Minimum Second Division
- Preference will be given to Commercial Law.
Experience
- Ten Years experience in Legal Field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a manager position.
- Preference Will be given to candidates having exposure in company secretary roles.
Core Competencies
- Sound Knowledge of Commercial Banking.
- Proven Track record of representing the bank in the court.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Sound knowledge in Commercial Law, BAFIA, Nepal Rastra Bank Act, Arbitration Law & other relevant acts and laws.
- Leadership skill.
Age: Not exceeding 45 Years as of 14 July 2021

- Conduct comparative legal analysis on a range of issues related to the operation of banking business, identify legal and policy issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
